Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Eraaya Lifespaces has informed that it enclosed copy of Media Release titled ‘Eraaya Lifespaces is pleased to share the updates on the status of the acquisition process of Ebix Inc., wherein an amount of USD 14 Million (INR 117 Crores Approx) has been remitted on by the Consortium 26th July 2024; making it a total of USD 35.75 Million (INR 299 Crores Approx) paid till date. Further USD 6.60 Million (INR 55 Crores Approx) and (+) USD 14 Million (INR 117 Crores Approx) will also be paid within July 2024 and the balance Final Payment will be made within August 2024.’
