Sundaram Brake Linings has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 09th August, 2024 to consider and approve the Unaudited financial results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2024. In view of the above, as informed earlier, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s scrips by the Promoter & Promoter Group, Directors and Designated Employees of the Company remains closed from 1st July 2024 to 11th August 2024, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
