In continuation of the intimation dated 30th May, 2024, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) has informed that Stephen Shaun Merry (DIN: 08749114), had tendered his resignation as a non-executive Director of the Company. The resignation was effective from 30th May, 2024. Consequently, he also ceased to be a member of all the Committees of the Board. In this regard, it has attached the following -(a) Annexure A - details of the resignation; and (b) Annexure B - copy of his acknowledged letter of resignation.
