IIRM Holdings India has received approval to acquire remaining 25,006 (0.07%) Equity Shares of Sampada Business Solutions (Sampada) to make it 100% Wholly owned Subsidiary company.
The company has also received approval for merger of Sampada Business Solutions (Transferor) by absorption into IIRM Holdings India (Transferee) subject to the receipt of necessary approvals through the Regional Director route.
The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on July 29, 2024, inter-alia considered and approved the same.
IIRM Holdings India is specialized in production and distribution of complete range of Roto Moulded Products which are made from plastics resins and are essentially substitute for steel, wood & RCC in wide variety of applications.
