Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), K.P. Energy has informed that the Extraordinary General Meeting (‘EGM’) of members of the company was held today Wednesday, July 31, 2024, (commenced at 11:00 am and concluded at 11:12 am) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Video Means (OVAM) facility and has transacted the following businesses: 1. Issuance and Allotment of 6,88,800 Warrants by way of Preferential Issue on private placement basis to a person belonging to the promoter category (‘Preferential Issue’). 2. Appointment of Harsha Chirag Koradia (DIN: 08007668) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. The Company has provided remote e-voting facility to the members on resolutions proposed to be considered at the EGM from Sunday, July 28, 2024 (9:00 am) to Tuesday, July 30, 2024 (5:00 pm). The Company has also provided e-voting facility to the members present at the EGM through VC/OAVM and who had not casted their vote earlier.
