Pursuant to Regulations 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulation 2015, Sunshield Chemicals has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on Friday, 9th August 2024, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2024. Further in continuation of its intimation on closure of trading window on 24th June 2024 and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives till the end of 48 hours after conclusion of the aforesaid board meeting.
