Seasons Textiles has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) and other applicable Regulation of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of Seasons Textiles will be held on Monday, 12th August, 2024, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st June, 2024. As informed earlier vide letter dated 27-06-2024 that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons from Saturday, July 01, 2024 to till 48 hours after the approval and declaration of to consider and approve the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2024. The designated persons of the Company have been informed of the same.
