In compliance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Kore Foods has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Monday, 12th August, 2024 at 11:00 am, at the registered office of the company at Vision House, Tivim Industrial Estate, Mapusa Goa, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2024. As intimated earlier, it has informed that pursuant to Company’s Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company's securities, equity shares were closed from July 1, 2024 and will re-open 48 hours after the aforesaid Financial Results are made public.
