Tube Investments enters into Joint Venture agreement with M/s. Classic Legends

Tube Investments of India has entered into a Joint Venture agreement with M/s. Classic Legends (CLPL) to incorporate a joint venture company for licensing ‘BSA’ trademarks, to enable CLPL for the manufacture and/or sale of motorcycles, parts and accessories in India.

Tube Investments and CLPL will be initially investing Rs 0.50 lakh each in the equity shares of joint venture company at the face value of Rs 10 per equity share. Tube Investments and CLPL will hold 50% each in the equity share capital of joint venture company.

Tube Investments of India was formed by merging TI Cycles of India and Tube Products of India. The company is in to the business of manufacturing metal products.
