With reference to the intimation dated 02nd August 2024, with respect to the resignation of V Narasimha Ramana, Senior Vice President- Technical. There has been an inadvertent delay in submission of the intimation about the same and the Company has submitted within 7 days from the date such resignation came into effect as per Part III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 instead of 24 hours as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023. Hence, KNR Constructions has re-submitted the intimation along with the clarification regarding delay in submission. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given under Annexure A. The letter of resignation received from Mr. V Narasimha Ramana is enclosed.
