Further, referring to its communication dated June 25, 2024, and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for all Directors and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been kept closed for dealing in the securities of the Company from July 01, 2024 and shall be closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
