Kalyani Forge has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, August 9, 2024 through ‘Video Conferencing Mode’ to transact the following business; To approve and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report issued by the statutory auditors of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for directors, officers, designated persons and specified connected persons of the Company till the end of 48 hours, after the unaudited financials of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 become generally available.
