Patel Engineering has informed that it enclosed a press release titled ‘Patel Engineering Limited along with Joint Venture (JV) partner bags an Irrigation Project of Rs. 317.60 Crore from the office of the Executive Engineer, Government of Maharashtra, our share in the contract is Rs. 111.16 Crore’. Further, that this is not an Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (‘UPSI’) as the information pertaining to the Lowest Bidder (L1) for the said project was intimated on May 7, 2024.
