Spenta International has informed that the Company has fixed Tuesday, 17th September, 2024 as Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Shareholders for the Final Dividend of Rs 1.00 per share (on the face value of Rs 10 each) on the equity shares of the Company in their meeting held on Tuesday, 28th May, 2024. If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the ensuring Annual General Meeting, payment of such dividend subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made within 30 days from the date of approval by the shareholders in the ensuring Annual General Meeting.
