CIAN Agro Industries & Infrastructure has entered into the debenture purchase agreement on August 06, 2024 with Innopack Abpacking for purchase of 0.01% 2,80,00,000 unlisted, non-cumulative, redeemable & Optionally convertible debenture Series- I (OCD) of Rs 10 each of Manas Power Ventures.
The proposed acquisition is being made in accordance with the agreement made between the parties. The transaction is expected to be completed before August 31, 2024.
CIAN Agro Industries & Infrastructure is manufacturer of Refined Soyabean Oil 'Amrutdhara' and Refined Kardi (Safflower) Oil 'Yash'.
