Further, in continuation to earlier intimation dated June 29, 2024 regarding closure of trading window, it has informed that the window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives till Thursday, August 15th, 2024. The notice of the said Board Meeting will also be uploaded on the Company’s website: www.yatharthhospitals.com as per Regulation 46(2)(l)(i) of the Listing Regulations.
