Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services has informed that, pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Listing Regulations, a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 and Limited Review Report thereon. Further, in continuation to earlier intimation dated June 29, 2024 regarding closure of trading window, it has informed that the window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives till Thursday, August 15th, 2024. The notice of the said Board Meeting will also be uploaded on the Company’s website: www.yatharthhospitals.com as per Regulation 46(2)(l)(i) of the Listing Regulations.
