Asian Granito India has informed that the Members of the Company at the 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held today, 06th July, 2024, has approved the re-appointment of R R S & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 118336W), as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for second consecutive term of five years from the conclusion of 29th AGM till the conclusion of 34th AGM of the Company to be held in the year 2029. Brief details of such re-appointment, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the SEBI Circular dated 13th July, 2023, are given in the Annexure.
