Insecticides (India) has received approval to windup or dissolve the ‘IIL Overseas DMCC’, Dubai, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company at Dubai.
IIL Overseas DMCC is not a material subsidiary of the Company and has not commenced its business activities. The dissolution of the above subsidiary will not affect any business or revenue and will not have any significant impact on the accounts.
Insecticides (India) is engaged in the manufacturing activities of agro chemicals, pesticides and technical products for agriculture purposes.
