As soon as they received the documents, they promptly completed intemal processes and submitted the Proceeding of AGM at the earliest possible time. They sincerely regret any inconvenience this delay may have caused and assured that they are taking steps to ensure timely submissions in the future. It has enclosed the Screenshot of the mail they received from NSDL with time and revised Proceeding of Annual General Meeting as per instructions.
