GE Power India has received a purchase order of Rs 47.27 crore (Excluding GST 18%) from Steag Energy Services (India). The company has received order of Boiler R&M for 4x600 MW boiler at Jharsuguda. The said order is to be executed in 6.5 months.
In July, the company had bagged the purchase orders from NTPC and SNJ Distillers totaling to Rs 3.51 crore (excluding GST 18%).
GE Power India is engaged in the engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and servicing of power plants and power equipment.
