Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) is likely to bid for the 13-km long Arpinchala-Dharam railway project in Jammu Kashmir. It has faced many challenges while executing the 11-km long Pir Panjal railway tunnel, the third longest in the world, and also the Uri-II hydro power project in Jammu and Kashmir. This project was awarded to the company in 2005 and track is now ready for the railways.
HCC is a leader in engineering and construction space. The company has established a vast presence and gained recognition in the sectors of Hydro Power, Water Solutions, Transportation and Nuclear Power.
