NPR Finance has informed that the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Saturday, the 14th day of September, 2024, at 11.30 am through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company in respect of Equity Shares shall remain closed from the 9th September, 2024 to 14th September, 2024, for the purpose of the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The voting rights of the shareholders shall be in proportion to their shares of the paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on the cut-off date of 7th September, 2024.
