ICRA has informed regarding the matter of Arbitration between ICRA (the Company) and Naresh Takkar, and a petition filed by the Company before the High Court of Delhi challenging the award. As disclosed earlier, the hearing was held on August 8, 2024, and the High Court of Delhi has granted a stay of the award and directed the Company to deposit with the Registrar, High Court the previous period dues to Takkar. An order dated August 8, 2024, of the High Court of Delhi was uploaded yesterday on its website. A copy of the order is enclosed.
