Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with clause no. 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 (‘SEBI Circular’), Zydus Wellness has informed that Zydus Wellness Products (ZWPL), a wholly owned subsidiary company, has received an Order in Form GST DRC-07 from The Commercial Tax Officer, Dharwad, Karnataka under section 73 of the CGST Act, 2017 (the Act) read with rule 100(1), 100(2), 100(3) & 142(5) of the CGST Rules (the Rules) alleging short payment of tax for FY 2019-20 amounting to ? 0.74 million (including penalty of ? 0.04 million), on account of alleged excess input tax credit availed.
