SSPDL has submitted the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company, for the first quarter and three months period ended 30th June, 2024, which were duly reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at their respective meetings held on 14.08.2024. Also, it has enclosed the Limited Review Report of the statutory auditors of the Company on above said results. The above said Board Meeting commenced at 12.00 pm and concluded at 2.50 pm.
