Tata Power, India’s largest integrated power utility, was bestowed with two prestigious awards at the Power Line Awards 2013. Best Performing Private Discom award for its Delhi distribution arm -- Tata Power Delhi Distribution (TPDDL). Further the company also received the runners-up award for Best Performing Renewable Company. The purpose of these awards is to recognise excellence and outstanding performance in the Indian power sector in the fields of generation, transmission and distribution.
