Godrej Properties gains on entering into an agreement with Shubh Properties

Godrej Properties is currently trading at Rs. 512.00, up by 9.70 points or 1.93% from its previous closing of Rs. 502.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 506.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 512.00 and Rs. 502.00 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 689.00 on 07-Dec-2012 and a 52 week low of Rs. 482.00 on 02-Aug-2012.

Godrej Properties along with its subsidiary Godrej Projects Development (GPDPL) has entered into an agreement with Shubh Properties Co-operative U. A, and others, to transfer 49% of the equity share capital held by GPDPL in its subsidiary Godrej Redevelopers (Mumbai) for its project at Sahakar Nagar II, Chembur.
