Further in continuous of intimation dated August 13, 2024 related to Remote e-voting of postal ballot, Diamines and Chemicals has informed that the Company has engaged the services of Link Intime India for the purpose of providing e-voting facility to all its members. The remote e-voting will commence from Monday, August 19, 2024 (9:00 am IST) and shall end on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 (5:00 pm IST). The results of the postal ballot will be announced within two working days from the last e-voting day. The above information will be made available on the website of the Company at www.dacl.co.in. The company has informed that there was a typographical error in end date of remote e-voting.
