Samvardhana Motherson International’s wholly owned subsidiary -- SMRC Automotive Holdings Netherlands B.V., has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, namely, Motherson International, Abu Dhabi. A certificate of incorporation was received on August 16, 2024.
The objective is to carry on the business of manufacturing, assembling, marketing, trading, import, export, sourcing, tooling, purchasing raw material for all kinds of parts, subparts for automotive, nonautomotive and related industry.
Samvardhana Motherson International is one of the world’s leading specialized automotive component manufacturing companies for OEMs. The company, formerly known as Motherson Sumi Systems was established in 1986 as a joint venture with Sumitomo Wiring Systems.
