Vedanta has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, Hindustan Zinc Limited (HZL), a subsidiary of Company, has made disclosure as required under Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations for levy of penalty by the Office of the Commissioner of Central Excise & CGST Commissionerate. The same has been intimated by HZL to the Stock Exchanges on August 16, 2024 at 06:58 PM (IST).
