CESC’s subsidiary -- Purvah Green Power has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) Company named Ecofusion Power (EPPL) on August 19, 2024. EPPL will explore opportunity in renewable power sector.
EPPL has been incorporated as a WOS of Purvah. Accordingly, 100% of its shareholding is held by Purvah.
CESC is engaged in power generation and distribution in state of West Bengal. The company is a fully integrated power utility with its operation spanning the entire value chain right from mining coal, generating power and distribution of power.
