Samvardhana Motherson International’s wholly owned subsidiary -- MSSL Mideast (FZE) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, namely, Motherson Strategic Systems Mideast, Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. The certificate of incorporation dated August 15, 2024, was received on August 20, 2024. The newly incorporated company will acquire, invest and hold movable and immovable assets of group.
Earlier, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary -- SMRC Automotive Holdings Netherlands B.V., had incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, namely, Motherson International, Abu Dhabi.
