Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 as amended from to time, Central Bank of India has informed that the Central Bank of India has been declared as Successful Bidder by Committee of Creditors (CoC) for the sale of Category 1 assets of Future Enterprises (FEL) (i.e. stake held by FEL in Future Generali India Life Insurance Company and Future Generali India Insurance Company) under Regulation 29 of the IBBI (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 and Letter of Intent dated 20th August, 2024 is received by the Bank in this regard. The company will inform about the future developments on this event.
