Kamdhenu has informed that search proceedings were conducted by the Directorate General of Goods & Service Tax Intelligence, Lucknow Zonal Unit, at 01:10 pm on Thursday, 22nd August, 2024, to verify the third-party transactions, at the registered office of the Company situated at 2nd Floor, Building No. 9, Tower-A, DLF Cyber City, Phase -III, Gurugram, Haryana -122002, and the said proceedings were concluded at 02:30 am on Friday, 23rd August, 2024. During the search proceedings no incriminating documents were found at the premises. However, certain third-party documents were shown which led the GST Department to seek a tax demand of around Rs 61,00,000. The said documents are under examination and the Company is seeking advisory from GST Consultants for initiating requisite action on the said matter. Further, details as required under Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, are enclosed as Annexure -A.
