The Indian Card Clothing Company has informed that the 70th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Company is scheduled to take place on Monday, September 16, 2024, at 12:00 noon (IST), through video conferencing (VC) facility / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) from the Registered office of the Company, 14th Floor, ‘B’ Wing, AP-81, Koregaon Park Annexe, Mundhwa, Pune – 411036, which shall be deemed to be the venue of the meeting. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), it has enclosed a copy of Annual Report for the financial year 2023-2024 together with the Notice of AGM which has been sent electronically on August 25, 2024 to those Members whose email IDs are registered with the Company. The said AGM Notice and Annual Report is also available on the website of the Company at www.cardindia.com.
