SJVN has informed that the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 19th September 2024 through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). A copy of the notice convening the AGM is attached. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations), it is informed that for the Purpose of payment of Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2023-24, the following are the Book Closure and Dividend Payment dates: Book Closure Dates -13th September 2024 (Friday) to 19th September 2024 (Thursday). Pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 as amended and Regulation 44 of the SEBI Listing Regulations the Company is providing its members the facility to cast their vote by electronic means on all resolutions set forth in the Notice. The instructions for e-voting are mentioned in the said notice.
