Kanpur Plastipack has informed that the 53rd AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 20th day of September, 2024 at 12:00 Noon to transact the business as set forth in the Notice dated 24th August, 2024 convening the AGM. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, they are submitting the Annual Report of the Company along with Notice of AGM for the Financial Year 2023-24. The 53rd Annual Report of the Company for the year 2023-24 comprising Notice, Directors Report, Auditors Report and Audited Financial Statements is also available on the Company’s website and can be downloaded from the below link: https://www.kanplas.com/report_pdf/Kanpur_Plastic_Limited_Annual_Report_2023-24._1724657196.pdf. As per the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended from time to time, and Regulation 44 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is pleased to provide its Members, the facility to exercise their right to vote at the 53rd AGM by electronic means. The facility of casting votes by the Members using electronic voting system (remote e-voting) is provided by NSDL. The Calendar of Events in this regard are enclosed. The detailed procedure to cast the vote through e-voting can be accessed from the below link: https://www.kanplas.com/report_pdf/Instruction_for_E-Voting._1724657082.pdf. The facility for voting, either through electronic voting system or ballot or polling paper shall also be made available at the meeting and members attending the meeting who have not already casted their vote by remote e-voting shall be able to exercise their right at the meeting. The members who have casted their vote by remote e-voting prior to the meeting may also attend the meeting but shall not be entitle to cast their vote again.
