Refex Renewables & Infrastructure’s wholly-owned subsidiary -- Refex Green Power (RGPL) has incorporated a new company as its wholly-owned subsidiary, namely, Refex Renewables SL, in the Republic of Sri Lanka, on August 27, 2024, consequent to which, Refex Renewables SL has become a step-down wholly-owned subsidiary of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure.
Refex Renewables SL is incorporated with the similar business objects of the Company and its subsidiary company. Incorporation of a subsidiary in Sri Lanka is step forward to enter in the global markets and will expand the scope of business operations in the renewable sector and green energy in overseas jurisdiction.
Refex Renewables & Infrastructure (formerly known as Sunedison Infrastructure) is engaged in the processing, sale and export of marine products.
