AGI Greenpac has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company ‘AGI Retail’ on August 27, 2024. The objective of incorporation is to sell (via dealers, distributors, collaborators, retail or online), process, make and produce all types of packaging materials. AGI Retail is incorporated to carry on the business of all types of packaging material.
AGI Greenpac is engaged in the production of various packaging products including glass containers, speciality glass products, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles and products, and security caps and closures.
