Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Listing Regulations, Century Enka has informed that the Company has received information on 29th August 2024, from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) - Link Intime India regarding stop transfer registration/ procedure for duplicate share certificate in respect of loss of share certificates as details enclosed.
