Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences has acquired 100% equity stake of M/s. Chalasani Hospitals (QNRI) Visakhapatnam. It is a 200-bed hospital established in 1995 with a built-up area of around 1,50,000 Sq ft. The Hospital is in a prime residential locality with good potential.
This addition will help the company garner a larger share in the market. The company has invested Rs 28 crore to acquire 100% equity of QNRI.
