Kokuyo Camlin has informed that the Share Certificate was lost or misplaced by the Shareholder and application was made to the Company for the same. Pursuant to regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022, the Company has approved issuance of ‘Letter of Confirmation’ on 30th August, 2024 in lieu of Share certificate(s) as all the formalities have been carried out by the Shareholder and its R&T Agents (Link Intime India) has confirmed the same.
