Shree Precoated Steels has informed that the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, September 30, 2024, at 03:00 PM through Video Conferencing (‘VC’)/Other Audio Visual Means (‘OAVM’) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Further, the Company has fixed following dates in connection with its 16thAnnual General Meeting: Cut-off date for the purpose of determining eligibility of the shareholders to vote through remote E- voting or E-voting Facility at the Annual General Meeting - Monday, September 23, 2024; Period of Remote E- Voting - Voting will commence from 09:00 AM (IST) on Friday, September 27, 2024 and end at 05:00 PM (IST) on Sunday, September 29, 2024. In accordance with the relevant circulars issued by MCA and SEBI, Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report for FY 2023-24 will be sent only by electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories.
