Minda Corporation has informed that the Company has entered into a Technology Licensing and Assistance (TLA) Agreement dated September 04, 2024 (‘Agreement’) with Sanco Connecting Technology (Guangdong) Co., China (‘Licensor’). Through this TLA, Minda Corp will bring to India extensive portfolio of High Voltage EV connecting systems (including terminals), Charging gun and socket, Bus bar (Rigid/ non-flexible), CCS (Cell contact systems) for battery packs, Power Distribution Unit (PDU) and Battery Distribution Unit (BDU). Further it will be instrumental in providing localised and customized EV solutions, underlining our contribution to Atmanirbhar Bharat. The desired details of the Agreement as required under Regulations 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are enclosed.
