Akzo Nobel India has entered into an Agreement with ACI Formulations, Bangladesh for distribution of its decorative paints products in Bangladesh, subject to necessary statutory approvals.

The company's origin goes way back in 1926 when Brunner Mond & Co, one of the four companies was combined to form ICI in UK.
