Caprihans India has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary of the company in the name of Bilcare Research GmbH in Germany. The company has incorporated WOS on September 09, 2024.

The company owns 100% of the shareholding in the new entity viz. Bilcare Research GmbH. Bilcare Research GmbH would be involved in the sales and marketing of PVC-based Films and Aluminum Foils products that are used mainly for packaging of oral solid dosage (OSD) pharmaceutical products and other applications.

Caprihans India is one of the oldest and largest Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) film manufacturers in India.
