BLS International Services’ subsidiary -- BLS International FZE has subscribed 99% share capital of BLS Solutions, Bangladesh a company incorporated under the law of Bangladesh, consequent to the subscription, BLS Solutions will become a Step Down Subsidiary of the Company (SDS). The (SDS) shall inter- alia deal in the existing range of business.
