CESC’s subsidiary -- Purvah Green Power has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) named ‘Redgaint Renewable Power Energy’ (RRPEPL) on September 11, 2024. RRPEPL will explore opportunity in renewable power sector.
RRPEPL is a WOS of Purvah. The subscribed and paid-up capital of RRPEPL is Rs 1,00,000.
CESC is engaged in power generation and distribution in state of West Bengal. The company is a fully integrated power utility with its operation spanning the entire value chain right from mining coal, generating power and distribution of power.
