BLS International Services’ step down subsidiary -- Visametric Vize Hizmetleri ve Danismanlik Dis Ticaret Anonim Sirketi (Visametric) has subscribed the share capital of Privredno Drustvao Za Usluge Konsultovanja Pri Dobijanju Viza Visametric Doo Beograd (Visametric D.O.O), a Company incorporated under the laws of Serbia, and that Visametric D.O.O will become a Step Down Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company (SDS-WOS). The SDS-WOS shall inter- alia deal in the existing range of business.
