Kross has debuted flat with its issue price of Rs 240.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 257.55, up by 17.55 points or 7.31% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs 265.65 and Rs 231.80 respectively. So far 12.28 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between September 9, 2024 and September 11, 2024 was subscribed 16.81 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 240 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 228-240 apiece.
Kross is a diversified player focused on manufacturing and supply of trailer axle and suspension assembly and a wide range of forged and precision machined high performance safety critical parts for M&HCV and farm equipment segments.
